How do I load/update the CDM/Chargemaster for FirstComply?

The attached CDM Load/Update Request Form document should be filled out in its entirety by the requester:
  • Client Support will review the request to ensure the request form is completed in full.
  • The form must be remitted to us within the ticket along with the file to load.
  • The CDM load file should be in Excel, .csv, or tab-delimited text file format.

The CDM Load/Update Request Form must be filled out and remitted within 2 business days.
